mothers, babies and children. As a graduate of Boston University, majoring in
music and psychology, she took her love of youngsters and business acumen to
open 1st Class for Kids, a radical new concept in interactive “play and
learn” classes for children 3 mos. to 5 years. After 6 years serving the
demanding parents of Manhattan, she moved her business to South Florida where
she opened 3 more locations and continued to prosper in the field over the next
7 years. During this time, she was introduced to Hatha Yoga by the renowned
Yogi Han and received her RYT 200 HR. certification at his Ashram. She continued
to expand her knowledge and skills receiving a certification for Infant Massage
from the International Infant Massage Association and began to utilize these
techniques in her programs and yoga classes. Mothers and babies have always
found Jamie’s presence to bring a peace and tranquility along with a delightful
exuberance into their realm. Jamie further explored the profound benefits she
was experiencing with her personal yoga practice and embarked on a clear path
to more conscious parenting for the moms she worked with. She worked With Gurmukh
at Golden Bridge Yoga in Los Angeles to receive her Pre Natal Kundalini Yoga
Certification in the Khalsa Way and also brought Tarn Taran to S. Florida for
the expansive, Conscious Pregnancy Course accredited by the Kundalini Research
